We have two dedicated meeting rooms on the lower ground floor, which are discreet and quiet with space for up to 30 people, depending on your required layout. Both have plenty of light and a relaxed atmosphere. Layout and technical capability can be adapted to individual needs: boardroom, working lunch, workshop, small seminar. Break for lunch in one of our private dining rooms, take drinks and coffee on the terrace or relax in the garden.
For larger meetings, presentations and exhibitions, the Great Hall - with its magnificent oak panelling, inglenook fireplace and lofty ceiling - can take up to 100 people theatre-style, 40 people for board meetings or 120 guests for receptions. It features its own dedicated entrance, perfect for registration, and separate toilet facilities. The adjacent Reception Room can be used as a private lounge for refreshments or breakout space for a small group.
Alternatively if you are looking for a room with a fantastic view; the Norman Shaw room can accommodate up to 18 guests for a meeting. We have no audio-visual equipment in this room but upon request this can be hired in for you.
Layout and technical capability can be adapted to suit your individual needs, whether it be boardroom, working lunch, workshop or small seminar style. You and your guests can break for lunch in one of our private dining rooms, take drinks and coffee on the terrace or relax in the garden.
We are close to both the city centre and Newcastle airport, and we have plenty of on-site parking.
