Junior / Commis Waiter - Part Time

Job Description
The best restaurant in the north east is looking for a commis waiter. Our commis waiters are the liaison between the bar, kitchen and restaurant and they provide vital support to our chefs de rang. The duties include bringing guests from the bar to the restaurant, serving water and our home-made breads, changing cutlery and clearing plates, as well as making tea and coffee. The ideal candidate will be very well presented and have a gift for hospitality. The restaurant is often busy and has a very diverse range of guests so cheerfulness, flexibility, initiative and attention to detail are important.
