Barman - Full Time

Job Description
The best restaurant in the north east is looking for a bartender. This role involves much more than making drinks in a dispense bar, although cocktail experience is required. The bartender will also be involved in afternoon tea and lounge food service as well as table service of drinks, and in supporting the restaurant managers and hostesses. The ideal candidate will be very well presented and have a gift for hospitality. The bar is busy and has a diverse range of guests across the day so cheerfulness, flexibility, initiative and attention to detail are important. Training in wine and spirit knowledge, cocktail techniques and tea and coffee will be provided, but this is a full time position for a hospitality professional and experience in high quality bars is essential.
