Our Newcastle hotel can hold business meetings for up to 100 people. Close to both the city centre and Newcastle airport, the hotel is an ideal North-East venue for corporate events from board meetings to exhibitions.
The two meeting rooms on the lower ground floor are discreet and quiet with space for up to 30 people, depending on layout. Both have plenty of light, a relaxed atmosphere plus a private terrace in the larger room. Wired for business - broadband connectivity, audio-visual facilities, conference telephones, video conferencing capability - layout and technical capability can be adapted to individual needs: boardroom, working lunch, workshop, small seminar. Break for lunch in one of our private dining rooms, take drinks and coffee on the terrace or relax in the garden. We also offer day delegate rates and 24-hour delegate packages.
For larger meetings, presentations and exhibitions, the Great Hall - with its magnificent oak panelling, inglenook fireplace and lofty ceiling - can take up to 100 people theatre-style, 40 people for board meetings or 120 guests for receptions. The adjacent Reception Rooms can be used as a private lounge for refreshments.
Why not kick-start the day with a breakfast meeting and kill two birds with one stone.? You can hold it in any of our meeting and private dining rooms, the Great Hall or, if it's a small number of people, you could take a quiet corner table in the Restaurant.
