Jan Moir, of the Daily Telegraph, is stopped in her tracks by Terry Laybourne’s partridge and foie gras pie. Clearly a dish that stuck in the memory following her recent visit. And that wasn’t all - menus of locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients seemed to hit the right spot.
